ZRP Series Disc Disperser mainly consist of feeding system, refining system, heat dispersing system, motor transmission system. Feeding system is composed of feeding motor, feeding screw, feeding box. Refining and heat dispersing system are made up refining chamber, dynamic and static refiner plate and adjusting and moving device. The motor drive system include base, bush and packing seal system, main drive motor and coupling.

The gap between the refiner plate can be adjusted to achieve different dispersing effect on various slurry. The temperature of the slurry can rapidly increased after passing through the refiner plate by the high-speed rotating. Therefore, the paper pulp with adhesive and ink can be dispersed to different degrees.
