Fractionator Specification

The fractionator is a type of outflow pressure screen for fine process. It is same as the mid consistency pressure screen manufactured by our company as well. The fractionator is mainly made of 304 stainless steel. This high-quality material is applied in both its body tank and screen drum inside, which maintains a longer service life.

The screen drum inside fractionator has two types, hole screen and seam screen. Generally, the using rate of seam screen drum is relatively higher for fine process. According to the demand of stock preparation, the seam width will be different as well.

The fractionator also has advanced and imported support device to maintain efficient and stable operation and good fine screening effort. It is equipped with automatic water injection device imported from Finland, automatic oil injection imported from Korea and the high-quality machanical seal imported from America.

Fibers Through Fractionator

1.  The length of short fiber from fractionator is less than 120μm. The short fiber can be used in the filling layer of recycling paper.

2.  The length of medium fiber is 120μm to 150μm. They can be used for the top layer of paper making with its specific strength.

3.  The length of long fiber from fractionator is 150μm to 220μm. As it has the best strength, it can be used for the bottome layer to improve the strength of finished paper.
