Coating board Paper Machine Structure

1. The open-type headbox with five sets. For making high-quality coating board paper, there are five headbox to correspond different layers of paper.

2. The second part, fourdrinier part is consist of top layer, top liner layer, core layer, bottom liner layer, bottom layer five part to meet the requirement of paper making.

3. The press part is divided into 1st stage press, 2nd stage press and 3rd stage press. The 1st and 2nd press roll have large diameters. The 3rd press is glazing press.

4. The dryer part includes pre-drying part and post drying part, that includes two Φ1500/Φ1800 dryer cylinder.
