The drum pulper is divided into three parts: pre-soaking part, pulping part and screening part. The waste paper is conveyed to the pre-soaking part, after soaling, the waste paper is sent to the pulping part. In the high consistency of 14%~20%, with the rotation of the drum, the paper is to upgrade the board on the wall pocket, rose to a certain height. Then the paper falls and hits the hard inner surface of drum pulper. The waste paper in such fragmenting zone after repeated blows, in the shear force and friction of the gentle fragmenting effect, is dissociated into a single fiber, and the film, plastic, rags and other impurities in the waste paper will not be fragmented. The waste paper pulp after pluping goes forward along the inclination angle driven by the drum and enters the screening part from the pulping part. There is flushing pipe on the upper of the screening part. Once the pulp enters the screening area, it is washed and diluted, and the pulp concentration drops to about 3%-4%. At this time, the qualified fiber enters the slurry pool through the screening hole, and the coarse impurities are blocked by the sieve plate, remaining in the screening area for continuous washing, and finally being discharged from the slag outlet at the end of the drum pulper.
