Paper Making Process

1. A low concentration facilitates better dispersion of the fibers. For the production of low-quantity tissue papers and the use of certain long-fiber and sticky-pulped pulps, it is necessary to use a lower concentration of the Internet.

2. The dryness of the wet web is usually from 3 to 6%. Set the pulp concentration to one-tenth of the value, and consider that the forming process has about 35% of the solid phase separation rate of the pulp. 

3. The amount of water that needs to be removed during the forming process is about 93.5% of the water content of the pulp when it is online.

Therefore, when the concentration of the pulp net is low, the chances of fine fibers and fine substances moving toward the mesh surface increase, and thus the mesh marks tend to be enhanced.
