 The Main Structure Vertical Hydrapulper 

Vertical hydrapulper is composed of main parts such as tank body, rotor device, Outrigger, drive mechanism and motor.

1. The "O" -shaped groove body is welded by steel plates. There is channel steel outside the upper mouth to strengthen the groove body.

2. The rotor and the pulp tray are higher than the bottom plane of the pulper tank. A low-pressure flow area is formed around the rotor to collect heavy impurities. 

3. The outriggers are welded by steel plates to support the trough body and the rotor device.
