The lubricating parts of paper machine include transmission reduction gearbox, worm gear reduction gearbox, general 

sliding bearing, rolling bearing, exhaust fan, wet section rolling bearing, wire rope and center lubrication station 

(dry section lubrication) oil. The oils and fats that have been involved include hydraulic oil, total loss system oil, calcium 

base grease, sodium base grease, and graphite calcium base grease.

Wet Section

The lubrication points of paper machine are all closed in principle, and each bearing in the wet section of paper machine has 

a hermetic bearing shell for water ingress and grease spillage causing cross-contamination.

Dry Section

The dry section of paper machine uses a central lubrication station to deliver lubricant to the bearings for lubrication and 

heat dissipation due to the high operating temperature.
