D Type Hydrapulper equipped with new type energy-saving VOKES rotor which is suitable for the pulping of wet strong waste paper and some waste paper that is difficult to be broken down. This is due to its special construction and design. It mainly consists of the following five parts:

Cell BodyThe cell body is a container for pulping. It includes a pulp sucking chamber with a sieve plate above the pulp sucking chamber. The good pulp enters the suction chamber through the orifice plate and is transported to the next equipment of the pulping system.

RotorThe rotor distributes power to the pulverized parts. It is connected to the transmission shaft by a key and is fixed by a press plate and bolts. 

Transmission DeviceThe rotor is driven by a right angle gear box or triangular belt, which is usually directly connected to the motor or the belt drive shaft. The belt drive is supported by a right angle bracket fixed under the pulper. Gearbox transmission is installed on its own basis and is not connected to the D Type Hydrapulper.

Support of Cell BodyThe required height of the tank body is guaranteed by the tank body support, which is commonly used for steel support or concrete pedestal.
