and flow signal of seal water device. When it is not confirming to the set parameters, such as the the flow and pressure is not 

sufficient, the control cabinet will sends a signal to the pressure screen motor and the pulp pump motor of the pressure screen, 

first make the pulp pump motor stop running, and then make the pressure screen motor stop running after 20~30 seconds.In this way, 

the operator can find problems in the pressure screen process in time, and send maintenance personnel to adjust and maintain the 

sealing water system of the pressure screen, so that it can meet the requirements of normal operation parameters of the pressure 

screen, and then start the pressure screen production. Without this interlocking protection system, it may be possible for the 

pressure screen in operation to continue operating in the absence of sealing water. This will lead to rapid damage to the mechanical 

seal, slurry and water leakage in the pressure screen, resulting in slurry loss and site mess, and even flow to the bearing part 

of the pressure screen bearing damage, serious impact and delay production, causing great losses to the enterprise.
