The paper making mainly includs two mathods: chemcial pulping and mechanical pulping.

Breaking pulp: In this process, the raw material can be mixed with water sufficiently before refining. Break the bundle pulp into small pieces, and make it mix with water sufficiently, and control the pH OF pulp.

Refining pulp: This can mechanically deal with the fiber under the blade of machine. This can help to refine fiber, improve the binding foece of fiber. After the refining, this can improve the paper strength, opacity of paper and so on.

1. Dilution: Dilute the pulp to suitable consistency.

2. Cleaning: Remove the impurities in the pulp.

3. Degassing: Removing the gas in the pulp through vacuum device.

4. Screening: Remove the impurities in the pulp to help the papr forming.
