Pulp chest agitator consists of impellers, driving device and power plant. Main bearing is fixed on frame by two bearings and bearing block. Motor is installed on basic plate. Gearing belt pulley is installed on the other side of main bearing, and other parts compose an unit. When main bearing revolves, impellers will revolve along, they push pulp to mix in chest.

The Operation of Pulp Chest Agitator

1. Make sure no other material is in chest, in case a damage of impellers.

2. Make sure no people or barrier are beside motor pulley, make sure the safe shield is well installed.

3. Start the motor when impellers are complete in pulp and can generate recycle.

4. Control pulp consistency. When pulp consistency is high, recycle will be slowed down, and pulp cannot be well mixed. It may even make pulp stop mixing.

5. Spiral angle can be adjusted during operating, which is for a better mixing effect.

6. After the examination or change of motor in every time, check whether the motor direction is same to pulp flow direction.
