Effective Structure of Ragger

The ragger in D type continuos breaking system is mainly consist of frame, rotor, reducer, transmission chain, top press roller and landing gear, reel, change gear, guiding roller,etc. The energy-saving motor drives the reel to slowly turn through transmission chain by reducer. The twisting slags like staples, palstics or sands in D pulper tank are formed as a rope and continuously pulled out for discharging.

The operation speed and direction is flexible and adjustable based on the technological requirements of different paper making project. The slags rope is tightly pressed by top press roller. The land gear beside is to adjust pressure of top press roller. Guiding roller has the bearing effect for rope, which can reduce the running resistance to maintain a longer service life of whole paper production line.

Operation Notes for Ragger

The complete ragger machine constitutes to an organic unit. The structure is simple and compact. During operation, the high working efficiency is the most important factor in paper making. Here, Leizhan has provided several key notes for efficient and continuous using of ragger in D type continuous breaking system.

Before starting the D type hydrapulper, preparing 30-50 pieces of cutted steel wire on the lead rope of ragger, bending each wire into ring shape. The length of these steel wire should not be less than 1.5 meters.

Starting the ragger and feeding the lead rope with steel wires into the pulper tank. The distance between the stranded rope and the rotor is about 0.5 m.

Timely adding dilution water into D type hydrapulper tank when the consistency of paper pulp is high. The workers need to observe the operation situation of ragger timely. Timely speeding up or reducing the operation speed, increasing or reducing the runing time of D type hydrapulper and ragger.
