Leizhan’s Reject Separator is engineered to recover usable pulp from screening rejects through a controlled separation process. Reject material enters the machine and is thoroughly washed, diluted, and agitated. Under the action of centrifugal force and specially designed internal components, reusable pulp fibers are separated from heavier or larger contaminants. The recovered pulp can then be returned to the appropriate stage of the stock preparation system. Meanwhile, the concentrated reject is discharged from the Reject Separator, reducing the volume of waste that must be handled by the mill.
