The upper part of the Reject Separator is a scroll chamber, and the lower part is a semi-circular screening area. The inner part is equipped with high rotation rotors. The rotor is welded with axial blades and spiral blades alternately arranged. After the slurry enters from the slurry inlet, the high-speed rotor will beat, scrape, tear and peel the tail slag first. The tailings are thrown into the scroll chamber and then scattered to the screening area to complete the separation process of fibers and impurities. At the same time, the nozzle above the rotor continuously sprays water, dilutes and washes the tailings, and flushes the rotor and sieve plate. After a cycle of sorting, the separated good fibers are discharged from the pulp outlet under the sieve plate through the sieve hole, and the peeled plastic sheets and other impurities are discharged from the slag hopper after washing, which is used as garbage waste.
