This stock preparation machine for culture paper with a production capacity of 30T in 18H. The raw materials for pulping is 100% market wood paper. In pulping porcess, the D type hydrapuler is applied in this line. With its great pulping performance, the raw materials will be efficiently breaking and conveyed to coarse screen process.

In coarse screen process, the mid consistency coarse screen and high density cleaner are mainly used here. They can effectively screen the paper pulp and separate part of the impurities inside.

As the raw materials has less impurities than waste paper, the screening process is more simple. However, the beating process is necessary as well. The paper pulp need to be beated by conical refiner and double disc refiners. So that the paper pulp will have a better quality and can easily meet the demand of culture paper making.
