According to the detail requirement of high-quality testliner paper manufacture, there should be two layers of finished paper. Thus, Leizhan has delivered two sets of pulping equipment for each layer.

The main pulping machines for each layer are 10m³ D pulper and 3m³ D pulper. And the high density cleaner is also applied in two stock preparation lines to effectively clean the paper pulp and separate part of impurities inside the pulp.

The fine screen process of top layer pulp is beating pulp by advanced double disc refiners to improve its beating degree. For bottom layer pulper, the main machines for fine screeing are mid consistency pressure screen, low density cleaners, frationator, etc.
