The paper baler is mainly composed of feeding hopper, drum, supporting gear, protective cover and transmission system.

The feeding hopper is located in front of the drum. The cross section is square. The waste paper bales transported by the conveyor belt passes through the hopper and slides into the drum.

The drum has the dual function of loose waste paper and screening impurities, and it is the main component of the waste paper bale breaker. The drum is installed on the supporting roller device through the front and rear supporting roller. It is driven by the supporting wheel device.

The roller device is installed under the drum, it is mainly composed of four supporting wheels and a machine base.

The dust cover is mainly used to solve the dust problem during the waste paper packaging process and maintain a clean working environment.

The drive system is mainly composed of the gear motor and frequency conversion device. The gear motor adopts the gear reducer and it is directly installed on the input shaft of the supporting wheel.
