Waste paper Bale Breaker belongs to the equipment of the front section of waste paper pulping. It is mainly used to deal with the selecting of waste paper and the screening of small impurities. It also provides open conditions for the removal of larger impurities in waste paper after breaking, especially for the continuous and efficient collection of waste materials at the conveyor. 

The packaged and compact waste paper bundles are sent to the feeding device by chain conveyor. The bundles are fed into the  Bale Breaker  through the feeding inlet. The material of the bundles is raised to a certain height by the feeding board, which drops and crashes into the spiral belt, the feeding board and the inner wall of the barrel through the functions of falling, pressing, smashing, extruding, poking and tearing. At the same time, the material is transported by the spiral belt, the paper bundle moves forward and repeats continuously, so that the solid paper bundle is unbuttoned, and the hard particle impurities clamped between the waste paper are separated through the slag removal holes, dropped into the slag receiving slot, and the loose waste paper is laid out by the port of the Bale  Breaker. After manual selection, it is sent to the pulping system.
